In the context of a constantly changing labor market, the demand for professional skills of workers is increasingly high. However, in many areas, especially rural and remote areas, workers still lack skills and job opportunities. This leads to high unemployment rates and a shortage of high-quality workforce in key industries. The Vocational Training Program is deployed to address these challenges, helping workers improve their skills and find sustainable employment opportunities.

1. Project goals

  • Improve the quality of the workforce: Train and improve professional skills for workers, meeting the requirements of businesses and the labor market.
  • Reduce unemployment rate: Provide career skills to workers, helping them find and maintain stable jobs.
  • Support local economic development: Contribute to economic development in localities through improving the quality of human resources.
  • Create conditions for workers to access new job opportunities: Pay special attention to workers in difficult circumstances, people with disabilities, and other disadvantaged groups.

2. Subject

  • Unemployed workers: Especially those who left school early, do not have professional skills or are unemployed.
  • Young graduates: Young people who have just graduated but lack practical work experience.
  • Workers in rural, remote and remote areas: Workers lack opportunities to access quality vocational training programs.
  • People with disabilities or disadvantaged groups: Provide special training programs tailored to their abilities.

3. Training content and program

Intensive vocational courses: Short-term (3-6 months) and long-term (1-2 years) training courses in fields such as:

Internship and business connection program: Cooperate with local businesses to provide internship programs, giving students the opportunity to apply knowledge into practice and increase their chances of being hired after graduation.

Soft skills training: Besides technical skills, the program also focuses on developing soft skills such as:

Job search support: Organize job fairs, connect students with employers through recruitment events and career seminars.
